Counselling Services and Family Life Education Groups are open to residents of York Region * counselling addresses challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem, work/life balance, couple and family conflict, abuse survivors, parenting, and life transitions * virtual or in-person available
Counselling is offered in Richmond Hill and other locations by appointment * call the central intake line for more information
