Confidential 24/7 crisis response support service for people in mental health crisis, by telephone, text and live chat- crisis worker provides immediate response to feelings of distress,
loneliness, anxiety or fear, thoughts of suicidemental health information and referral to services and supportsupports for older adults living with dementia, mental health issues and other neurological conditions, their families and their caregivers; available at home, in long term care facilities or community settingsShort-Term Crisis Bed Program
