Provide in-home nursing and personal care services * Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)
Services include: wound care and dressing changes, post-surgical care, medication management and administration (including injections and IV therapy), vital signs monitoring, pain management, diabetes care, and continence management * specialized nursing support for palliative and end-of-life care * Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Personal support assistance - bathing, toileting and dressing * respite care * post-hospitalization care * meal preparation * medical accompaniment * companionship * shopping and grocery assistance * housekeeping
