Elderly Support Program- mental health roundtable discussions for seniors, addressing issues such as loneliness, isolation, and cultural identity
- cultural celebrations and band performances to create opportunities for social connection
- shared activities with younger participants
- supportive community network for elderly individuals
Psychoeducational Workshops and Webinars - delivered by certified mental health professionals- in-person or virtual workshops on topics including:
- mental health awareness
- stress management
- emotional regulation
- mindfulness and other self-care skills and strategies
- topics focused on age groups, life stages, and cultural backgrounds
Mental Health Wellness Program and Book Club - bi-weekly in-person book club sessions focusing on mental health topics
- offers discussions in Mandarin
- conversations around coping strategies and emotional resilience
Immigration Adaptation Program- support groups addressing challenges in cultural transition and emotional adjustment
- psychoeducation on coping strategies and information sessions about community resources, and settlement services
- peer support opportunities such as cultural celebration events to build a sense of belonging
