Programmes des tribunaux et de déjudiciarisation pour les personnes ayant des troubles mentaux - York Region

Services de soutien au tribunal, de gestion de cas et d'aide à la navigation dans le système destinés aux personnes ayant des démêlés avec la justice en raison d'un problème de santé mentale. Dans le cas d'un délit mineur, la conclusion d'une entente de déjudiciarisation en raison de trouble de santé mentale peut être une solution de rechange au système judiciaire.
