Offers First Aid, CPR and AED courses as well as Mental Health First Aid, Joint Health and Safety and other training courses for businesses and members of the public * sells First Aid products and AEDs * community service programs include Medical First Response services for community events, Therapy Dog visits at a wide variety of facilities, Car Seat Safety education and a Youth Leadership program
First Aid Training
- First Aid, CPR and AED courses as well as Mental Health First Aid, Joint Health and Safety and other training courses for businesses and members of the public * all courses meet occupational health and safety requirements in the workplace and pre-requirement for schools * private classes available * family-centered courses include Babysitting, Home Alone, New Parent Workshops * First Aid products and AEDs for sale

Therapy Dog Program
- Provides therapy dog visits to hospitals, retirement residences, long term care and other facilities * secondary and post-secondary school and workplace stress-relief visits * Paws 4 Stories and bite prevention programs for elementary students

Youth Program
- Offers health oriented training courses, community service opportunities, and recreational activities to youth ages 12-19 * activities include leadership training, first aid, CPR and other health care training, volunteer community service, camping and recreational activities
